I know you’re excited to see how the images turned out! That’s why each session is edited with care and dedication, taking two to four weeks to process and edit each photo. After that, your final photos will be delivered in high resolution, ready to be shared, printed, or framed for you to always remember the special moments you spent with your family or loved ones.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, so in case of cancellation or rescheduling, please let me know at least two weeks in advance and we will do our best to find a new date that works for you. My goal is to capture your most precious memories and make you feel loved and cared for throughout the entire process.
I do not provide RAW files to my clients, as editing is a fundamental part of my creative process.
Your most precious moments are important to me, which is why I backup all of your photos in at least two different places to ensure they are secure.If for any reason you lose your photos, please contact me immediately and I will do everything in my power to recover them.
It is important to note that your photos are stored for one year after delivery. After this period, they will be permanently deleted. Therefore, I recommend that you backup your photos in a safe place so that you can access them whenever you want. But don’t worry, during this one-year period, you can access and download your photos whenever you need them.
